Need API access , but no reply since 1 week?

I have applied for API access through the form given in this URL : http://sellerapis.snapdeal.com/page/generateaccesskey.

But no reply form Snapdeal since last 1 week. Wanted to know how to initiate the API access process and how much time it will take to get me an access key/token.
