Can you suggest something budget-friendly yet stylish for a filming background?

I’m setting up a small home studio for recording podcasts and running my blog. I already bought a desk, a microphone, and lighting, but the background in the frame still looks pretty dull it’s just a plain wall. I tried hanging string lights and placing some houseplants, but on camera it looks a bit childish and too busy. I’d like something with more depth, maybe a large canvas or artwork with nature scenes to create perspective and a cozy atmosphere in the shot. Has anyone here bloggers or photographers dealt with a similar setup? What types of images work best on camera, don’t reflect light from softboxes, and at the same time don’t steal all the viewer’s attention?
